Not liking the black spandrel?, beside the windows or so many different variations of window sizes, but like the brick and how the building fits in with the neighbourhood.

Personally, I'd be more concerned with that rental apartment building across the street (as can be seen on skycandy's photos -item #131 above). What an eyesore! One of the reasons most condo buildings have regulations on what can be placed on balconies.

Taken 12-15-203. South tower has already reached top mechanical level. Glazing started on North tower. This project has zoomed along.

Update on 12-15-2023. Progress is very slow on this project.

Don't know why more of these changes (from office use to whatever) are not being proposed for sites that previously had office buildings. With office attendance back to only slightly more than 50% of pre pandemic levels and unlikely to get significantly better, especially for anything below...

Taken 12-15-2023. Site cleaned up very nicely. Only one shoring equipment left with some work to be done on southern half of a huge site. Excavation well underway on northern half of site.
