    Taken March 25-2024. This is moving along nicely. As far as I can tell, shoring/excavation started about 2 years after Uovo residences beside it, to the north, and yet it has reached podium and the next floor above the podium has started, so pretty sure structure, at least, will be complete...

    According to Allied Properties February, 2024 presentation on its website, the retail will be ready to transfer from under development to rental properties in Q4 2025. Residential should be around the same time? Fingers crossed!

    Don't know why they use these faux Juliette balconies. They don't look that great and look even worse when they are dirty. We have them in my condo building and they do get dirty and are almost impossible to properly clean, even by professional window cleaners.

    Nicely captures the entire project. What intrigues me about it is, how few parking spaces are available for the retail businesses remaining. Unless they've opened up the parking under the buildings almost completed to the west of the plaza?
