I wonder why MTO owns that odd plot of land there, were they originally intending to have a highway exit in that spot?

Really liking the variety seen in the renderings there, so many townhome developments these days are one exterior copy and pasted. Hopefully they end up using all those different materials and colours for such a large community, it makes it feel so much more like a neighbourhood.

Yes, now it's parking for the GO station. Won't get too into it on this thread, but I think this GO station is a great candidate to be shifted, having the platforms bridge over Eglinton with an entrance on both sides and hopefully a future LRT station in the middle.

I'm pretty sure this was the one I voted for. It's a statement, and compliments the other new bridges well. The lighting is what really sold it though, it's a landmark.

I see zero need for Centre Street to have public vehicle access honestly. Every building that fronts it is already connected to at least 1 road already.

It would be incredible to see a bike path built at bare minimum across the wetland to connect over with the north GO station entrance. If it was up to me and I had no budget, I would do a bridge over Liverpool and the 401 to connect with the west end of the platforms and the southern station...
