Well, for safety and logistics reasons it HAS to close temporarily. But it's not a permanent closure. And the City is going to be continuously expanding and improving the bike network. Agreed that this has not always been the case, but in my role on one of the City of Toronto Advisory...

Luckily, it appears not. The indicator for the boat has now moved to show it just where there Gulf of St. Lawrence becomes the river proper. The sea voyage is done! River and Lake travel now!

I hope that the park is situated around that big old European Elm that we see every day from our balcony! It would be a SIN to destroy that huge tree!

That's easy. Believe those with the most expertise, not those with the loudest opinions. Let's just say, there is little overlap on THAT Venn diagram!

Thanks, Utakata. My partner and I were looking to move, perhaps to a smaller town, in the next few years. This may have put a concrete timeline into place.

Yesterday, when I came home to that notice, I was surprised, but not shocked. The land is prime, and surveyors have been onsite several times in the past few months. We have been considering a move out of the city for a year or so now, THIS situation may have just clarified the timeline!

This is the first time that I have opened a new forum discussion page, so mods, feel free to edit if the formatting is incorrect. Today, residents of of 25 St. Mary, including myself, received a letter of intent, indicating that a plan to redevelop the site is about to go to the City of Toronto.

    Novel Coronavirus COVID-19 (nCoV-2019)

However, WSIB claims are far lower than the number of people infected on the job. By a rather large margin, from what I've seen. I know at least 20 people or more who have been infected, most of them in the workplace. Of those, ZERO WSIB claims.
