Overall I know Toronto has a tendency to clad everything in glass, however the tint of the glass looks good here and they kept true to the original vertical lines of the tower....this is a success in my opinion!

Overall I actually do like what they are doing to the facade. The strong vertical lines in white to me look very unique. The Simpson Tower always reminder me of ITV's The London Studios in the UK.

I agree! Curious to know, all office buildings in the area have public pay parking - wondering if 16 will have the same - and if there will be a connection between ICE parking and 16

The switchover happens this week (started this Monday). The related path forum has info on it. Oddly enough ICE residents aren't receiving notices of related info from the construction site outside out building.

This portion of the PATH is honestly for ICE residents to go to Longos underground. It makes zero sense for a person to travel the convoluted route to get to lower Simone at the end of that park of the path.

Looks like some of the scaffolding and elements inside the fencing are being taken down...perhaps the start of construction moving to the east side of York?!

I emailed PCL today to ask for some more details on what's up.

Thanks for the update! PCL is definitely not being mindful of the community. The level of communication to affected residents and businesses in the surround area to CIBC square from Hines / Ivanhoe Cambridge is outstanding...I wish PCL would do the same. CF has also not stated their goals for...
