Snapped some shots of the lights tonight. Definitely not what I expected. With the office lights on, its very hard to see the diamonds. I feel as though this should have been diffused led strips vs tiny spotlights. Cool still!

Defo one of my favourite highrises in the city. Kudos to Empire for this one. Nice to see unique roof designs - the slopes look so unique - much like the appeal of the holes in ICE's roof canopy

Used the parking garage last week, super clean! Still can’t access the lobby via the ice lobby entrance nor street entrances without first buzzing. Definitely still some work being done in the lobby. Really curious to see some tenant logos on the street signs and have a logo up on the building

Tim's is now open at Ten York. It's one of those 'premium' Tim's - a smaller version of the one at HQ further up on York.

I hope they have some room for public art - something with some colour. It's awfully institutional in there. It appears as though it was just made open for service, but many touches still need to be added. I also think the half-frosted windows look like crap. The ceiling of the bus bays should...

Street entrance to the new USBT. A lot more sparkle than the old one. The old one will be missed though!

I agree, really only benefits 16 york and ICE tenants and residents. Not complaining!
