By far my favourite development in the city right now. The height is so good - views will be amazing for each tower. I praise the interesting roof line also - something we need more of

Truly wondering if the mech level glass will illuminated all the way around. They have a tiny section of it lit and it's been that way for over a year. From far at night all you see is the aviation lights. Zero presence. It's definitely a shame Toronto towers dont have more focus on lit crowns

I think it'll look nice, especially with the continuous green roof overhang. I really think once the retail spaces in Ice fronting York street, once occupied with proper tenants will look much more complete and welcoming. Right now it's very bleak looking used as PCL construction offices.

Very true. It is Canada after all so I'm willing to bet her punishment will be non existent. This, alone with the past chair toss at ice and the recent shooting at ice....all Airbnb guest issues. I hope that raises some red flags to the city.

As a resident of another Lanterra building, ïce, very unfortunately allows for short term rentals. It's a harsh truth, but the majority of Airbnb guests who stay in Southcore are young 20 somethings who literally have no respect, or an ounce of class. Ïce has been plagued with daily complaints...

    Toronto Ten York Street Condos | 224.02m | 65s | Tridel | Wallman Architects

Trust me, I'm always correcting them! I've always been interested in urban development and this sort of thing. My friends always ask what building is that, who owns that, lol.

    Toronto Ten York Street Condos | 224.02m | 65s | Tridel | Wallman Architects

Well I stand corrected! I've always know it as Ten York. Pretty well all of my friends who have referred to the building call it the Tridel building simply because they remember seeing their sign on the building.

The photography community mostly calls it that

Might as well be called "The Tridel Building" almost everyone refers to it by the developer and not the condo name! Goes to show the power of construction branding banners!

nothing more beautiful than a beautiful supertall building :)

Truly incredible how fast it's going up! Will be exciting to see more of the lobby complete. Definitely looks like they are prepping the next floor, the cantilevered one. Also wondering is the strip light under the lip of the green roof overhang will be a thing again once it's all done

    Toronto Ïce Condominiums at York Centre | 234.07m | 67s | Lanterra | a—A

The more pressure put on Duka property management the better. There is no reason why this iconic building has to have such an early demise. I'm in it for the fight. A start is Airbnb short term rentals. They need to go. Period. And be enforced. Secondly, a new property management co pant needs...

    Toronto Ïce Condominiums at York Centre | 234.07m | 67s | Lanterra | a—A

I can tell you that as a resident there has been no greater concern than that of issues with guests staying in Airbnb suites. I have had countless reports I have had to make to security and management over these issues. Unfortunately there is absolutely no active monitoring of the in and outs of...

Happy to see this line get done.

It's been slowly going up now for 3 weeks or so... They are really getting alot if it done now. Will be nice to see them finish the flashing on the green roof overhang

the parking garage has stood the test of time! only a matter of time before that gets redeveloped too.

They are now installing the structural glass lobby wall on the York Street side - will get a pic soon.

All depends on what the condo corporation sets out. Short-term rentals and Airbnb are allowed at Ice....which is without question the biggest downfall of these towers.
