That site is missing many of the reports and other documents that were featured on the old site which is what concerned most people. The city has stated that the archived documents will be available on that site sometime soon.

In my opinion, what kills the Citadis (as-is) isn't the low floor design. The wheel hubs don't have a huge impact on passenger capacity. As far as ION goes, it's harder for it to fall apart from computer problems because the automatic train protection system hasn't even been brought online yet. They're running full manual.

They had gone through some pretty disappointing orders with New Flyer and Novabus in the decade before.. the Orion VI's were probably the second best bus in the fleet after the D40i at that point.
