For sure a future student tower of chaos. BUT from a never plan to set foot inside of it POV, I like how it looks like a blade. It will definitely add some contrast of form to the skyline.

maybe I’m wrong. From where I saw it, the lights went halfway down, to the bulge, I just assumed they went the rest of the way, but maybe not. They were side scrolling at the time.
