    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Let me apologize if it seemed that way, but to make it clear. I did not state that BRAMPTON does not engage in planning. I did state however that the plans are mediocre, and I stick to my OPINiION that the metrolinx plan for LRT works but is not the best plan for BRamptons best asset: the...

I would if I could :) The Big difference between Mississauga and BRAMPTON is that Mississauga takes much time and effort planning way ahead. Brampton like this LRT plan just deals and scrambles with whatever gets thrown at them. Hope BRAMPTONians are gonna wake up soon

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Repost for comparison I do agree that having a good mode of transportation coming in the downtown would be beneficial but I just feel the roads in downtown are too narrow for a dedicated 2 lane LRT + cars Now That sidewalk is pedestrian friendly Compare that with this narrow one from...

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Cars + LRT + very narrow sidewalks = congestion I just don't see it as a pedestrian friendly space No bike lanes??? That would be the 1st pedestrian friendly space with very narrow sidewalks and no bike lanes We all agree that getting good transportation inside the dt is necessary but...

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Metrolinx plans for the LRT route in Brampton doesn't only destroy the downtown by congesting it, it is very short sighted and does not seem to be thinking of Bramptons future, thus this LRT is just a MISSISSAUGA plan. Any govt. official should be thinking about THE BEST to put in his CITY...

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

YUUUPPP!!! If this happens, then that's the time I'd truly believe BRAMPTON is clearly thinking about BRAMPTON! - this would preserve the downtown heritage, which is one of the few treasures of Brampton Which would make a lot of downtowners happy, ( free the downtown from congestion ) - This...

I do agree that having a good mode of transportation coming in the downtown would be beneficial but I just feel the roads in downtown are too narrow for a dedicated 2 lane LRT + car lanes They should try to study San Francisco ,see how nice heritage looking cable cars are able to use the car...

Having the School/College(Sheridan-Davis) hopefully the 1st University for Brampton along the LRT line I think would be more benificial for Brampton than congesting a beautiful heritage Downtown, where they envision farmers market in spring/summer and Christmas Market in winter. I just dont see...

What do you guys think about looping the LRT North of steeles ave. to go West, to Mc Laughlin, then Ray Lawson and back to Hurontario South??? Considering that Sheridan College Davis Campus is trying to Get University status, and around that Block theres still plenty of land to develop as...
