The details so far are all very Renzo Piano. This pre-cast does a good job capturing the spirit of exposed concrete with the sharp vertical and horizontal lines (much like the High Museum of Art in Atlanta or the Whitney Museum). The tall curtain wall reminds me of the cladding on The Shard or...

Some angles really show off the fantastic geometric shapes/shadow...some show a lot of spandrel.

You can sorta see where I imagine they will open the park to while they work on the other building across the tracks.

Maybe they can improve the vents that are "supposed to" suck in all the angsty cigarette smoke. Lot's of potential in that tiny space - I've had many good chats in that spot.

Is there some sort of by-law keeping them from fixing that crane to the ground? Too close to the curb? Seems like an impressive feet of engineering to keep the crane a few metres above ground.

Ground level spandrel is obviously less than ideal but the "fins" stretching to the ground really helps this connect top-down.

Production likely slowed down at the facilities producing said glass. Seems to have been the case for CIBC Square too (as another curtain wall comparison).

I like the examples of changing the colours in the crown to match the branding. Branding is unfortunately inevitable so an interesting way to work around it.

The counter-balance of the right-most crane is more-or-less the final height. From the drawings that will be open for the BMU (not sure if there will be an opening in the facade or it will be longer arm like L Tower).
