The facade up close and afar are two different experiences, both amazing though. Quality stuff.

Keep in mind it's a Provincial court house. There's some rooms that are probably hard to peer into for a reason (there's a lot of redacted elements of the planning docs for instance).

Already larger population than the city of Chicago (2.7m) but it gets fuzzy when you compare Metros. Though their Metro population is larger by about 3 million people, the physical area is also about 5x as big.

Pretty sure all three of these towers did that. You can see cross bracing in the corners of the most recent pic. Relatively common way of increasing floor space in office builds.

That's my take. May not be anything special but offices going up in the city sometimes give us beauties like CIBC Square and hopefully 160 Front (quality TBD).

Looks like they are planning to have a portion of it done, but I imagine there will be a lot of regulations that would prohibit someone from actually using said park (construction above).

I'm not a building scientist but my guess is it's going to go up for another ~290m.

I'm willing to do just a flat massing but it's way too complex to deal with (and it's pretty far along at this point anyways). Also it's a BIG project but less impressive to watch climb (getting to grade was the real topping out in my opinion).

I briefly considered doing it and in the process fell asleep from boredom so it got thrown out. Like The One, if folks can try to get as many wider shots as possible (especially from this angle) it'll help me draw them with more accuracy. This is, of course a group-effort. Can't do it without...

Humble request, when folks are walking around the site at ground level - try to get a nice wide-angle shot when possible! Will greatly help the progress drawing.
