    Toronto Toronto House | 186.53m | 58s | Westbank | Hariri Pontarini

So the city is okay with the density and local traffic in the area? Not to mention the three other proposals nearby, the Mirvish+Gehry alone is bringing 1500+ units... 19 Duncan will literally be shadowed

    Toronto Whitehaus Condominiums | 107.28m | 31s | Lifetime | Turner Fleischer

What's the application status of this building, is it fully approved?

I can't imagine how four tall buildings could fit together in the tiny little block (19 Duncan, 150 Pearl, 217 Adelaide, 100 Simcoe). If all four, or even 3 of 4 get approved it would be a nightmare for the future residents in these buildings as well as the very nearby projects like Theatre Park...

Thanks so much for the update. Does that imply the building was sort of approved by the city? Were there any objections from the community?

    Toronto Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

I just saw this from BNN, article from February though so many of you probably have seen it: -------- With all factors taken into consideration, it’s no wonder why developments are sitting stagnant for years, without so much as a shovel in the ground. A high-profile example is the Mirvish+Gehry...

    Toronto 217 Adelaide West | 103.5m | 23s | Humbold Properties | Adamson

Does anyone know if OMB has made a decision on this building yet? What's its status?

    Toronto 100 Simcoe | 209.6m | 61s | BentallGreenOak | Hariri Pontarini

So has this building been approved by the city?

I don't know why some of you find this condo even make sense... No setback, no addition to the public space, impossible design, unnecessary height and density. Oh city/OMB do us a favour and please reject it...

    Toronto Theatre Park | 156.96m | 47s | Lamb Dev Corp | a—A

Just went through almost all the new condo designs around King Street West, Theatre Park is definitely one of the very best. The building setback and the small park space in front of it is UNBEATABLE. City really should advocate this kind of concept. Sad to see some other new buildings went up...

    Toronto 150 Pearl Street | 180m | 57s | Conservatory Group | Richmond Architects

Honesty, this is just another plain, unattractive, waste-of-space condo building. Really hope it won't pass city and OMB. As if Pearl, King & Adelaide are not gridlock enough...
