    As a fellow purchaser of a suite in tower 3, I think we're just interested bystanders to the current lawsuit. But if the buyers of phase 1 do win, based on this Competition Act, doesn't this imply that, it's equally valid for all the purchasers of phase 2 and 3?

    The price list is no more of a legal contract than any other marketing/advertising material, I think. I think what we need is a better understanding of what laws govern what is allowable in an advertisement. How much discretion is any builder allowed to stray away with from what they advertise?

    I'm in tower 3, and got a letter for Aug 25th as my tentative occupancy date! Reading through all the issues that all the Tower 1 people have been going through so far .... I'm actually wondering if I should be worried or not about my elevators, PDIs and who knows what else.
