While the tower itself was certainly cheapened, the street facing heritage buildings look amazing and I'm excited to see them aglow at night. Hopefully there's some good options there and not just banks!

Despite not a lot of vertical progression it seems interior fittings and preparation for a huge pour are moving along pretty nicely.

Floor plans still suggest those will be filled and there seems to be points for rebar to connect to so there must be some reason in how they're building this thing that they need to keep it open (maybe temporary supports before the diagonal columns are load bearing?).

This next poor is going to be hefty. Looks like we're getting an elevator core and some sturdy-as-ever walls up there. Excited for the next form jump to see how this thing is going to climb!

We're on floor 14 of steel, so my 7 stories till the "mouth" stands!

I mentioned it before but KPF was attached to Concord Parade the whole way through. Doesn't mean we're getting a KPF quality building...Concord + AA is gonna be a shocker.

KPF was *technically * involved with Parade...but you can see it was Concorded to all hell.

The first "mouth" should be in 7 more stories from current steel height.

Handsome tower. Nice to see it from the north as well...its success will greatly depend on the quality of that pre-cast.

Entertainment themed dining? The kid in me is thinking Rainforest Café (the comeback), but a Dave & Busters would be cool here.

This is a very old design! I appreciate everyone's help. Will keep checking to see if they update but have some images that should suffice...once we hit grade expect some diagrams!

Looked through this one already and doesn't have the right type of image. Seems like they haven't released the CAD-style sectionals (which is odd!).

Going to be really interesting seeing them work on the elevator shaft. Lot's of steel and concrete await... Also I guess the cat's out of the bag for the Apple store with what appears to be a ventilation component?
