Might have missed the most recent core jump (photos referenced were from last week)...so we may have few more levels of core than this drawing suggest but I just spent like 2 hours on the cladding so you'll have to just take it as is 😅

I think my February column heights were a little off (very hard to judge how hight they get with no floor references...). However I think this should be accurate. Not taller, but definitely more floors built!

We just moved so my life is about as chaotic as the structural rebar on this one....however a diagram update will happen soon!

With the core up so high it kind of looks like the TD Canada Trust Tower's slightly overweight twin.

Maybe they can transition into the 4th dimension to speed this thing up.

Love this last shot...shows how 19 Duncan is filling out (and standing out) in its location.

I'm pretty sure mirrors still work when it's cloudy out... Other than that one shot (that I do think is getting some green from across the street) it seems to be a pretty neutral blue glass. We'll to wait to see until there's glass on other sides of the building to really get a sense of what...

Life's been about as crazy as the steelwork around the "mouths" they're currently at on this one. Should be flying again soon!

Apologies, life has been a little hectic and let's be honest the changes haven't been massive to say the least but without further ado...

Those appear to be identical but likely just done on a later round of renders after changes were made elsewhere. Just looks like the angle and the quality of light was changed.

Looks like only the sides that will also have some of the "3D" panelling. Hopefully that mitigates it a bit..

A commonality for what is becoming a "much better at night" intersection of architecture.

Steel has only risen another two stories and the core about four stories since my last post. Looks like they've been getting a lot of work done fireproofing and preparing for cladding. I imagine these being the "mouth" floors they're a little slower to construct as well.

Saw this in person when I was passing through Toronto. It is THICC.

This screams "draw on me". They're going to spend more money removing graffiti than if they had just paid for some actual windows.

If you look you can see some steel at an angle, that's the indents.
