I agree. The "Modern" by empire has nice layouts where you can put stuff like your TV and soundsystem on the wall. This layout gives you the ability to only put a tv on the wall that's about it, and it'son an awkward wall too.

Great price! As a Realtor, I just saw it this morning and thought it was a great deal. I'm not too fond of the floorplan (basically because the wall isn't big enough to put my TV, sound system etc...) but I think it's very well priced! Go for it!

There's a place near my house in West Palm Beach, Florida that I thought did quite well. It's a lot of shops and storefronts, cafes, movie theatre, pubs...etc...along the street, they are storefronts below and above are some condos.

Not yet. That's still being planned now I believe. I think it's beside those 2 medical buildings there. I'll be sure to let everyone know once I do. I don't think we'll hear anything until next year.

No problem! I believe II by IV wants to continue to work with Amexon on their other projects as well. I'm excited to see their next development at Leslie/Sheppard. I'll keep the updates as I get them.

Sounds good =D I was at the site earlier this week and they were preparing to put the crane up. I spoke to the developer (guys who own Amexon) and they said that everything is ahead of schedule. They seem to have a lot of pride in their project which is good. They said even the elevators...

Seems like everyone who buys here has the same feelings, not sure what they want to do. Bloor west is beautiful, I'm sure if you have more kids, it might be a better choice. Two different lifestyles I suppose by going to condo to detached single home. I can certainly lend a hand in that process...

I think a lot are but when I was there (A LOT) it was mostly older folks signing. It's probably a mix. Younger guys in the 1bedrms and 1+dens. Older folks in the 2bdrm +

Most of my clients and I myself are still contemplating. We might sell it, we might live in it, might rent it out. The thing for me is, the layouts, design, finishes are top notch and I've yet to be in a building that impressed me as much as this one, being a Realtor, I've been in a lot haha...
