Was your door latch flagged during the virtual PDI? (I want to understand if this is a long delay in fixing the issue.)

The only commercial building permit/zoning I have seen is about parking. Looks like "Precise Parklink Inc" will be managing most of the parking in the neighbourhood. I'm hoping for another grocery store (mostly because I'm lazy and I don't want to walk far with groceries).
