    You're right. I live in the building, and they were testing the water feature in the fall when the building first opened. It looked great! Plus the sound of the water helps to (gently) muffle some of the street noise on the terrace. I'll post photos in the spring once its up and running again.

    True! I live here (moved in a month ago). I think the whole building is occupied save for floors 45-50. I feel bad for anyone who AirBnB'd here this weekend - the insuite heat was out for floors 4-29! The property management rented a few hundred space heaters and were loaning them to residents.
