Looks like the parking garage is being started? Looks like some sort of retaining wall is up while they dig! Almost all the poles in the previous post are pounded down now too! Progress? Progress!

Oh, okay, are you saying there’s a second notification because there’s a “1. Blah blah blah” and a “2. Blah blah blah” in the letter? I have a similar email and interpreted the response (which I posted above) as being the total number of days they were adding as it is a single event, one(1)...

When did this occur? We were never notified a second unavoidable delay had occurred, unless I missed an email?

Incorrect, unfortunately. They HAD until September 11th, 2021, but this has since been delayed 159 days. Now they have until February 4th, 2022 to send out another notice. Outside Occupancy Date is now May 17, 2023 with delay… needless to say, we’re a while out.

How are they going to drop a phase 2? 3? when phase one is already a year late with completion no where in sight.. lmao.. ‘bout to riot, I swear!

Just checked it out this morning, seems busy busy, but instead of digging for the parking garage it seems like the mounds of whatever that are there, are even larger..! Also looks like sewers and water main (not sure if this is correct terminology) are starting to go in from the existing...

This has me wondering, will the buildings be built one by one, or all at the same time? My condo is in the first building, does this mean I’ll be getting my unit sooner than others?

Sigh.. I have high hopes for this place.. I’m also worried about levy fees! As a first time purchaser I didn’t have the foresight to ask for a maximum amount in my contract, and I’ve seen some pretty scary figures for some new builds over on Reddit, upwards of $20,000… that’s not chump change haha

Any updates on this? Purchased in November of 2017, and my parents want me to get the hek out.. lmao I noticed a formal thread had been made for this project, but I can’t for the life of me find it.. any updates would be cool, VanDyk has been pretty shite with the updates, wouldn’t recommend...
