Workers on job site said they were having a meeting with vandyk today because of this. Either they get paid or they collect their equipment and leave. It’s hearsay, but I mean.. why would they lie? Lol PS would love a link to the Google reviews.

Pillars for parking garage going in and somewhat steady progress on the buildings on the west side of the site.. looks like might be starting the second storey soon on the couple structures they already have up, if they haven’t already. Lots of crane activity!

Not to mention, last I looked, there was still just mounds of dirt and a little lake behind the vandyk office.. interesting that they mention only 200 units in the description. Isn’t there supposed to be 300-something? These guys are so disorganized. Lmao
