For everyone that has moved to Phase 1, curious to know if you have heard anything about the amenities in Phase 2 and when they will be open. Also, has any information been provided on when the building will be registered with the city?

Price of pre-con unit was lower than what resale product (3-7 years old) was selling for in the same neighbourhood.

My fiance and I are on the 22nd floor at Playground. We were told July 2020 occupancy, but it looks like that may change based on dates for Garrison Point (Phase 1). We will keep everyone posted on what we hear back.
