Went by the sales centre today before they close this weekend! Apparently all the newly redesigned one bedroom and one + dens have all sold! They are, however, still under the 10 day cooling period so who knows what will happen! I was told there are only five suites left in the whole building...

I'm surprised they are altering the floor plans seeing as the sales centre is closing next Friday! I guess that floorplan wasn't selling very well. Anyone know how much these new units are going for? Same $psq as when it launched? or has it gone up or down a bit?

Thats true...I didn't take into account the proximity to Moss Park. It just seemed so close to Berczy and the St. Lawrence Market area. It's so amazing how a couple streets could make such a big difference.

Yes...those are all standard features. About the hardwood in the bedrooms...I asked about this and it is only the interior bedrooms (the ones with sliding doors) that have hardwood in them. The main bedrooms with an actual door are floored with carpeting I believe.

Well...the 10 day recission period is nearing its end! Eager to see how many units were given back and what will be available for the grand opening this Saturday!

Are these the metal ones that kind of just protrude? I'm sure we'll get used to looking at it or maybe theres another way to install sprinkler systems that are more aesthetically pleasing :P
