I saw them bringing in the glass for this building this morning. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a good picture but from what I was able to see it looked promising and high quality. Very pale blue like shown in the render. Hopefully we see some glass installation soon!

It’s still too early to tell but these very well could turn out to be nice additions to the area and skyline.

Honestly I actually am beginning to really like this building. No, it won’t win any design competitions but the building material quality is good and the street presence is promising. I also really like the warmth and look of the horizontal orange lines... I was also shocked to see some of trees...

Time and Space is starting to really make a difference at street level. Here’s hoping that the material quality turns out at the very least decent.

About as “meh” as it gets. The only redeeming quality is that it bookmarks Dundas St. Looking East, proving a bit more of that endless urban fabric feel.

I actually don’t mind this one, simple but looks of good quality. Very solid “filler”.
