I've been there many times in the last few years and there are always many people in the park. You're the one who is trolling in this thread

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

Right, but the London-style barriers would help against that too, unlike the flexi-posts. Moreover, as a pedestrian or person riding a bike, it is easy to get the impression that quite a few drivers in Toronto are "actively out to kill people"

Roads: Gardiner Expressway catch-all, incl. Hybrid Design (2015-onwards)

St Clair station is not on this line. Caledonia and Bloor/Lansdowne are. I don't understand why the Caledonia GO station wasn't built at the same time as the Caledonia crosstown station (nor Bloor & Lansdowne as part of the guideway)

Wrong thread -- this is not the same project. Look here: https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threads/dundas-west-bloor-mobility-hub-interconnected-hub-network-metrolinx.16392/ and here: https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threads/cycling-west-toronto-railpath-city-of-toronto-phase-ii-proposed.2969/

Roads: Gardiner Expressway catch-all, incl. Hybrid Design (2015-onwards)

This is a new council, and a new financial context. It seems entirely appropriate to reconsider an item that is by far the most expensive undertaking that the city has planned.

    2023 Toronto Mayoral by-election

Hopefully that would at least get people taking about a much needed reform of the electoral system (at all levels of government!)
