There is actually a setting that let's you trick the thermostat into thinking it is + or - 2 degrees from what it actually is. It's in the setup mode. I found a manual online for the thermostat when I first moved in and I remember that was one of the setting.

Ya I noticed water pressure is quite low a lot of the time as well. Never had that problem the first coupld of months. Maybe its because more people living in the buildings and using the water at the same time. Hopefully not though and this is something that can be fixed.

This morning? I've been in M1 since July 22 and yesterday was the first time the hot water broke for me.

Anybody know if hot water is back on in M1?

Hey Guys, Just got my first Hydro bill yesterday. Billing was from Jull 22 to Oct 10 for me. For that 2 and a half month period it was about $150 with taxes for me. There is also a $100 deposit (I think this may vary depending on if you have had Toronto Hydro before) and a $30 or $35 one time...

Has anyone received a Hydro bill yet from Toronto Hydro. I've been in M1 for 3 months now and still nothing from Toronto Hydro. They got those free power bars this weekend and the next but you need to bring a Hydro bill to get one.

I don't know how you guys think netflix is a substitue for TV. The content in Canada on Netflix is so weak!

I actually ordered Teksavvy cable not DSL so I will have Rogers as my middleman. We will see how that goes.

As far as i know, Rogers is the only TV option at the moment as Rogers is the only provider to have installed hardware (i.e. wiring) into our building and we are not able to install satelites ourselves. I am really hoping once the board is set up we can get bell to come in and install the fibre...

I think M1 has the opposite problem. The water always gets super hot if you want it to but it never really gets very cold. Even if you leave the tap running on cold for a while it still never gets that cold. I guess that is a much better problem than the one you guys over at M2 are having. Hope...

CIBC is opening on the 18th so I would assume everything else in that plaza should open around the same time.

My $14.95 service charge for internet was credited to 0 but I am paying the 2.99. Just call rogers and I'm sure they will refund.
