Final touchups. If I had to guess, they're aiming for a first of the month opening. I've already been seeing a lot of people going in and out of the main lobby so maybe it's informally open.

The BMU is out cleaning the west façade. Hard to tell here but that's Brookefield Place's own BMU in the way. I guess it's Spring cleaning weather today!

The east side is horrendously dirty, cannot wait for that to get cleaned up.

Will there be a continuous PATH route on the 2nd level from the Backstage bridge, through CIBC and across the bridge to Union or will you have to go down through main floor lobby and back up to cross the bridge to Union (hope I explained that well).

From what I’ve been able to understand, you do need to go down to the lobby or up to the park to get between the Bay and Yonge bridges

It's hard to tell* but I thought I could see a path past the escalators and behind the elevator banks that continued towards Yonge. You're the map guy so I'll take your word for it but I'd like to see, do you have one of your maps handy?

*I may or may not have "accidentally" walked around the barriers towards the bridge on the Union Station side before a night shift security guy playing Candy Crush noticed me and I apologized profusely, acting lost.

From any plans I’ve seen, there’s little or no space behind the elevator core and the rails at that level.

There's an entryway/door back there. Maybe stairs then?

Nice @rdaner! What does this sign say??

Edit: I took off my old man glasses and suddenly the blurry image turned sharp: WELCOME TO CIBC SQUARE?
