Local and mid sized malls are dying as traffic concentrates on the big anchor malls: SQ1, Yorkdale, Vaughan Mills, Fairview, STC and Markville.

Anecdotally, Hillcrest Mall is quite busy, while Promenade, which is larger, is moribund.

Honestly though, that is really the only mall in that area other than Sherway or Yorkdale (both of which are quite far).

D Mall consolidated its presence as the mall of the West End, especially when the Dufferin Galleria redevelopment began and left only whatever portion is remaining until it eventually all gets redone. Stock Yards Village on St Clair sort of acts as a de facto mall with how busy it gets on the weekends. But it's not a traditional format of a mall.
