Absolutely, just approve stamp.

That being said, it's crazy how insanely inefficient some "dense" proposals are because of automobile requirements and set backs. Without a proper analysis, I'd just estimate that 75%-80% of the property is asphalt and grass, with only 20%-25% being actual residential property which is unhinged if you actually think about it for a second.
 
Yeah I was just thinking that too, the need for 6 m wide roads is truly insane, these could very easily work as 4 m except for maybe the entrance, which could easily be 5 m.
