Two retail units along Richmond, on either side of the office lobby. 2800sqft on the west, at the corner of George and Richmond. 500sqft on the east side.

Have there been any tenants confirmed here? Between this and ROQ there's a lot of opportunity for new retail in an interesting spot of town.

Probably my least favourite new building in downtown Toronto, Time and Space aside.

The most drab colours imaginable (even in sunny conditions), bulky and blocky, spandrely, no particular architectural expression. And its unfortunately prominent.

It looks like something that would have been built in Humber Bay Shores some 25+ years ago.

I know Alterra can do great work -- this one is a huge disappointment.
