Under 100 City Centre Drive, there is a Site Plan Application for a 47 storey rental tower at the southeast corner of Rathburn Rd W and Duke of York Blvd:

A little birdie told me it is in fact, not just a single tower on that block. I'm not sure how to feel about this concept, I like density but this seems a bit too crowded with 5 towers. It seems like a missed opportunity to break the block up with another N/S road or pedestrian path between rathburn & square one dr if they get rid of T3. I'm also not sure where that east road is supposed to lead to lol, that's where the current transit terminal is.

I agree on a north-south pedestrian connection. They hardly need to change the plan to achieve it, only to make the podiums of the north block non-contiguous to allow for a pathway between buildings.
