Just a really bad Photoshop job (eg. follow the sloppy line up the left edge of the tower). Guess they didn't bookmark a good AI engine.
thats Not even any of the previous designs proposals, let alone the design of the tower that’s already built. The entire thing is completely different from the building standing today. No actual plans have changed.
I would have thought the extension of Harbour Street between Yonge and Freeland and/or Cooper Street (it will all be called Downes St east of Yonge) will only be worked on and opened when all the external construction is finished. In 2023 Council agreed to installing traffic lights at both Downes/Freeland and Downes/Cooper. https://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/mmis/2022/te/bgrd/backgroundfile-226392.pdfIs there any word on when the new street on the south side will open or when the whole Yonge/Harbour Street intersection will be rebuilt?
