So according to them this is actually U/C now?
“Shoring work is progressing well. The caisson wall at the rear of the heritage houses has been completed, and drilling along the south side of the site has reached approximately the midpoint. Bulk excavation is ongoing, and installation of the first row of tiebacks is currently in progress.”
I’m curious to take a look myself now since I was there after they posted the above update and I don’t recall seeing anything but demolition.

Yes they have been shoring. Hard to see in most demo photos here, this one is probably best:
I walked by on Sunday morning and you can see the pit growing from Adelaide as well, though there is hoarding covering most of that side.

Interesting. I can't recall ever seeing a site still in demolition while excavation is already underway on another part..
