Units are mostly reasonable'ish in shape and size.

They are promising a minimum of 2 retail units. But I only see one entrance. Also, the total size in the graph is 582sqm. So how come it says it can go up to 825sqm between 2 units? What am I missing here?
And does this mean that if Crews and Tangos comes back, it has to severely downsize?
