Broccolini has changed course and will now build its 37-storey mixed-use residential building The Riv in Toronto’s eastern downtown area as a rental apartment instead of a condominium as originally planned.
The stats cited above (350 units, among others) do not align with the database. I don't see any new docs in the SPA, nor a recent C of A. I think your detective hat is in order.

Looking at the permits, they had shoring in hand and site service 'ready for issuance' but both describe a 34 storey building, i assume amendments will be forthcoming.
You don't need to refile to reduce the size of your building. If you have NOAC for 400 units, you're still welcome to build 350 (or whatever) under that same permission.
