Well, it is important in the sense that the Porsche Dealership at Quayside will move into this spot once it's complete and that'll be the last business gone, opening up demolition of the buildings and such before construction begins. Until they move, not much can be done.
I just hope this is the only car dealership in the Portlands. If we rebuild this whole part of the city and it has minimal purpose beyond selling cars to rich people? not great!
...it should address the complainants here that this initiative should be more car accessible. Nothing more suggests that than having a car dealership plonked right on the corner of it. >.<
