I Just looked back The crane has only been on this site for about 16 months that is a hell of a quick job they either really know what they're doing or a lot of corners were cut
 
slowing construction market means the projects still moving are generally moving very quick. Trades have plenty of availability..

To be fair, the footprint of this building is pretty small, and there wasn't a large podium to construct, or heritage component to work around either. But yes, it has gone up quick!
