The renders ignore the massive amount of development that will be going up nearby:

Huh, there was a resubmission here back in June 2024.
I only made note of it, because I saw some fresh lobbying activity.
No new docs since..........but I imagine some may be forthcoming.
However, the last iteration involved material changes. Its is currently still 'under review'.

The stats mentioned in that application description align with the iteration prior to the OLT settlement / approval, whereas the stats in the 2024 project data sheet align with the stats currently in the database. The 2024 submission was simply to fulfill the OLT's conditions of Final Order
Until new plans are submitted, the most recent iteration of this is still 4 towers of 54, 51, 49 & 47 storeys.
