there's no chance this gets rented at this price in this market, especially with no parking There are units at U Condos fairly nearby that are larger (2 bed + den) with a private self contained 2 car garage within the parking garage (has garage doors, etc.) for $4200/month

Pretty much par for the course on Lanterra buildings. Except for "The Britt" condos, that one is ugly on the outside too!
