One of the more reasonable outcomes of this is going to be the complete American withdrawal from the Gulf and a realignment of regional control and influence away from the US and towards Iran et. al. The big question is how Israel reacts to that, because presumably the Americans will continue to support Israel regardless. But they've lost their positions in Qatar/UAE/Kuwait/Iraq, and that's a big blow to their world police priorities in the region. At this stage it's a resounding victory for Iran in the face of American hegemony, which frankly was the only real "good" outcome of all of this. Gulf states lose a lot of sheen of tourism which is what they were trying to diversify towards.
Remaining question is what Israel looks like once they come forward with what's up with Netanyahu and where they go from here. But the Gulf, and by extension Israel, are seemingly no longer safe havens for the wealthy seeking slavestate playgrounds.

US/Israel have so far won every single military battle (while losing the political war). The only "victory" for the Islamic Republic is the fact that they managed to survive and are still in charge of Iran. Plus the fact that they are successfully terrorizing the merchant shipping in the Persian Gulf. What is "good" in any of this?

It's more reasonable than the US turning all of Iran into glass. Which, hey, may still be on the table anyway.
Military battle? This isn't the thirty years' war. There are no battles anymore...what we've witnessed has been the world's most infallible military over the past century showing incredible weakpoints and insufficiency when their opponent has access to something like satellites. Likewise, Israel's inability to defend itself when it isn't shooting just children.
And what has the US accomplished in that same timeframe? Netanyahu has been MIA for a week.
The alternative is the US regime-changing Iran and further dominating the region under its thumb. The alternative, our current one where the US is failing at every turn, is better in that sense. Continuing US hegemony throughout the world makes all of us worse off. If anything, not only has the US lost its control over the Middle East, but it's also relinquished whatever military control it had in East Asia, to boot, not only by moving its THAADs to ME but also in showing how its aircraft carriers like to flood and catch on fire, and in showing how its bases are mostly defenseless and provide no real upside to its host country. An incredible geopolitical self-own if there ever was one. I struggle to think of a world power that has lost as much of its soft and hard power as the US has lost in the past 16 months.
