Probably another (One Bloor) thick slab under the TMD

Rigged with 360 degree programmable colour LED beams blinding Porter Airline traffic... perhaps the world's tallest lighthouse searchlight. 💡⛈️

Do those floor heights translate into ceiling heights? If so it's pretty impressive that the "standard" height is 3.25 metres. And perhaps this has been covered earlier but is there a reason why some of the lower floors are 3.65m? Is that to accommodate additional mechanical elements on those floors.
