I actually kind of like it… i wish more towers had this sort of texture. Ground floor looks sharp as well, the way the modern bit complements the historical facades without being a flat glass nothingburger. Not sure why they made the top setbacks asymmetrical, though. Even it out and (if you squint) it could almost pass for neo-deco!

Looks like they're pulling a Concord sky probably turn into one of those things that if it did get built they'd get to the 15th floor and then ask for more height but given the current market I can't see this one coming up anytime soon
