1. That the applications under file OZ/OPA 25-18 W7, 4 CD’s Inc., 51-55 Dundas StreetWest and 60, 66, 70 & 78 Agnes Street, to amend the land use designation in MississaugaOfficial Plan to Residential High Density; and to change the zoning to RA5-Exception(Apartments – Exception) to permit a 34 storey apartment building containing 559 dwellingunits with ground floor commercial uses and office uses on the second floor, be referredback to staff to continue working with the applicant.
2. That the report dated January 7, 2026 from the Commissioner of Planning and Buildingpertaining to applications under file OZ/OPA 25-18 W7, 4 CD’s Inc., 51-55 Dundas StreetWest and 60, 66, 70 & 78 Agnes Street, is received for information and that Planning andDevelopment Committee deem the statutory public meeting requirements of the PlanningAct to have been satisfied.
3. That 3 (three) oral submissions be received.
