The usual Starlight slumlord stuff! Out of the big rental landlords, they're the most aggressive in densifying their existing sites, as far as I know.

The other site will not be moving forward as a condo in the near term.

The proposed redevelopment consists of a total gross floor area (GFA) of 48,233.4 sq. m., which results in a total Floor Space Index (FSI) of 15.37 times the area of the lot.
