The usual Starlight slumlord stuff! Out of the big rental landlords, they're the most aggressive in densifying their existing sites, as far as I know.
 
it's listed as a condo: 808 Mt Pleasant: proposed 61-storey mixed-use condominium building designed by Sweeny &Co Architects for Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties on the west side of Mt Pleasant Road, north of Eglinton Avenue East in Midtown Toronto.

I was talking about the project that is the subject of this thread.

The other site will not be moving forward as a condo in the near term.

Zoning By-law Amendment for a 59-storey residential building with a height of 190 m (excluding the mechanical penthouse). The proposed redevelopment consists of a total gross floor area (GFA) of 48,233.4 sq. m., which results in a total Floor Space Index (FSI) of 15.37 times the area of the lot. The proposed development consists of a total of 711 residential units with a total of 304 vehicular parking spaces and 393 bicycle parking spaces. A Rental Housing Demolition and Conversion application are also being filed concurrently to facilitate the proposed redevelopment.
