Elevator Ratio: I'm still on my 1st coffee so I'm not breaking it down by tower..........but its 10 elevators across 936 units or one elevator per 93.6 units.

I would LOVE to see a TTC line run along here. Woodbridge to the airport, then down the 427 and Brown's line, ending at the new Lakeview development. Won't get too off topic on this thread though.

Not very smart. All those new residents will just add even more cars to the highway, stroads, and streets. PT needs to go in first.

People can complain why do people drive instead of walk or take public transit. Part of it is on the planning department.

If transit costs so much we can’t really build it then we should be only approving construction near existing transit and ideally where people can walk.

There is a bus to Kipling Station a short walk away...
