What's the point of reducing height here?
City staff still have this view that the entertainment district should be a maximum of 157m for whatever reason, and even that they weren't really happy with for a very long time.

In this case, there is the precedent of just over 200m next door at 400 Front resulting from an OLT approval, so they couldn't hold them to 157m.. so they made them more or less match 400 Front instead.

This design is like the Pizza Nova pizza of condos: intensely mediocre, taste fine when you are hungry though, but leaves you feeling disappointed later.

Even when hungry, I find Pizza Nova rather meh tasting. Don't get me wrong, fills a void, better than nothing etc..... But needs garlic and more herbs/spices in the sauce!
 

Post-settlement minor variance application here with the following stat changes:
  • Storeys increased from 60 to 65
  • Height increased from 208 to 220m
  • Total unit count increased from 654 to 807 (now with 23 ARH units)
  • Removal of office space
  • Other stat changes
CoA hearing currently postponed
