This is a multi-tower proposal at the s/e corner of Corporate and Consileum bounded by Highland Creek to the east.

Its impractical to show the typical tower layout in each building, so I'll just show one, but its fairly representative. Units are definitively on the small side, 3 bdrm well shy of 900ft2. Uh, No!

Comments: Small units size, somewhat light elevator ratio, heavy parking for transit-friendly location, encroaches on TRCA 10M buffer.

Poorly thought out, send back for re-think.
 
With the rappid transit showing up here, this entire area needs to be heavily padestrinized around the stc and subway station, brt terminus station.

Extra large sidewalks, Traffic calming, bike lanes, and minimal parking requirements must be enforced. There's NO reason not to do this. Especially given proximity to amenities, govt services, etc. Already there.

This area of Scarbrough imo needs a concert venue, large green space, and more..we need to give downtowners a reason to come uptown for an evening and bring their money with them.

Adding to our "Affordable Rental Housing" watch-list as there should be some kind of deal negotiated on this TOD site.
