One Bloor West POV:

True, but I do feel One Bloor West has way more 'presence' it's a much more architecturally significant building and it's a lot more interesting to look at.

One Bloor West feels like it belongs in NYC. Pinnacle One feels like it belongs in Mississauga.

Personal opinion of course and no disrespect.

One Bloor west looked incredible in the sun today in a way that was challenging to capture from south of Jack Layton terminal with an iPhone 8.

I happen to like both buildings. But One Bloor feels like it belongs beside Brooklyn Tower (which I love) and Pinnacle One feels like it belongs beside Hudson Yards (which I like but don’t love).

I agree Pinnacle one is a bit sterile. But its presence from the lake has a cinematic stance that might best be compared to 1 World trade. As opposed to somewhere on Hurontario. In my humble opinion.

One Bloor West looks great, a little better than Sky Tower I think, but holy crap is Sky Tower tall! The kind of height a skyscraper in Toronto has never had before now. We need more like this.
Yea I agree it would nice to see more super talls in the city! Is this projected to be complete next year
