The podium floors will match the levels behind the 481 University walls (from 1961). I believe they'll be a bit oddly positioned for the older facades facing Dundas and Centre streets, so it'll be interesting to see those interiors when complete.I wonder how the builder is reconciling the different ceiling heights of the three (or is it four?) different facades?
I remember at the EY Tower when they rebuilt the facade of the older building they ended up stretching it so the windows matched up with the new building's floor heights.
