I wonder how the builder is reconciling the different ceiling heights of the three (or is it four?) different facades?
The podium floors will match the levels behind the 481 University walls (from 1961). I believe they'll be a bit oddly positioned for the older facades facing Dundas and Centre streets, so it'll be interesting to see those interiors when complete.

I remember at the EY Tower when they rebuilt the facade of the older building they ended up stretching it so the windows matched up with the new building's floor heights. I guess this one isn't a deconstruct-then-rebuild so they can't do the same thing.

A building I used to work in was split between an older brick building and a newer PoMo office tower and there were some odd ramped floors going between the two buildings with their different floor heights.

Given all the work involved preserving the former shell somewhat a shame its not taller(glass looks like its gonna be nice as well)
