From a couple hours ago, there's an open house going on either already, or this weekend, so they're definitely getting closer to occupancy.

I've been lagging on updates, I took these 10 days ago.
I don't think occupancy has even started yet...the sidewalk remains a mess, but much better than before.

This would look much better and feel better for the street if the brick came down to grade instead of a wall of glass.

It's a decent development until you get to ground level. Then you see how poorly it meets the street and the landscaping...
I'm disappointed, as I think any develooment needs to prioritize a good street level experience, especially if it's abutting a central location like this. The layouts are also quite underwhelming, some akin to squat bowling alleys.
